AXARQUIA and Nerja

The Axarquia is a beautiful region located to the east of Malaga city in Andalucia. It is known for its rich and fertile land that allows for abundant fruit production. The area is famous for its charming villages and a wide range of outdoor activities, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists.  The landscape of the Axarquia is diverse and stunning. Enjoy the beaches of the Axarquia region that has a diverse coastline with beautiful beaches and coves. Burriana Beach in Nerja is a favorite for its golden sand and clear waters. If you prefer more secluded spots, check out beaches like Playa de Maro or Playa de Cantarriján. The latter is known for its clothing-optional section.
